Code of Conduct – Gymnasts
We are committed at providing a safe environment for all our members. The club believes that all members, coaches and parent helpers should respect and show an understanding for the safety and welfare of others.
As a member of Illusion Gymnastics Club the following standards of behaviour are required:
We are committed at providing a safe environment for all our members. The club believes that all members, coaches and parent helpers should respect and show an understanding for the safety and welfare of others.
As a member of Illusion Gymnastics Club the following standards of behaviour are required:
- Have good time keeping/commitment for training and displays – The club must be informed if you/your child will be late or not attending class.
- Members must wear suitable attire for training – leotard and shorts, leggings and a top. All seniors must bring shorts to training. Long hair must be tied back and all jewellery removed or covered with a plaster.
- At all sessions gymnasts must try their best within their capabilities.
- Members should follow club dress code when attending festivals – full tracksuit to be worn. Black Adidas leggings can be worn with the tracksuit top.
- No bullying
- Good manners and behaviour is expected at all times
- Respect must be shown to members within the club including coaches, officials and other gymnasts
- Gymnasts must tell a coach of any injuries or illnesses before the warm up begins or during the session if an injury occurs
- No chewing gum or food is to be eaten during the training session
- All equipment must be treated with respect and all rubbish should be placed in the bins.
